Privacy policy
PONZIE is an offline, single-player strategy game. It does not require an account and has no advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, third-party sign-in or in-app purchases.
Game data stays on your device
The app stores progress, settings and final-audit history on your device so you can save, continue and revisit completed runs. PONZIE application code does not send this information to the developer.
Device backups and operating-system services are managed by Apple and your device settings.
Sharing is your choice
If you share a run summary, Apple’s share sheet lets you choose its destination. Nothing is automatically sent to the developer. The destination you select has its own privacy practices.
Apple services
Apple may process purchase, TestFlight, diagnostic or App Store information under its own settings, terms and privacy policy. This is separate from data collection by PONZIE application code.
Support messages and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request. Please send only what is needed to explain the issue.
This website has no contact form, analytics scripts or advertising. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection or message data to deliver their services. The app’s offline operation is separate from visiting this website.
Children
PONZIE is not designed as a children’s app. Its application code does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Changes and questions
If the app changes how it handles data, this policy and its App Store privacy information will be updated accordingly.
